IDX Media offers hosting services on high-capacity web servers located in multiple locations within the United States. In order to ensure the highest "up time" for your website, your files will be stored on multiple servers in separate locations. Should one of these locations lose power or otherwise become inoperative, your website will automatically redirect users to secondary servers. Server locations, currently in Chicago IL and Plano TX, have been selected to ensure that any regional interruptions or other major outages will not affect multiple locations at any one time. It's all part of our commitment to provide our customers with the very best security and reliability.
