The packages outlined below apply to the integration of OSI Exchange 2.5 into your existing website. All IDX Media websites are powered by Exchange. Please see package details or service agreement for details. OSI Exchange 2.5 tools and content packages are seamlessly integrated into your existing design and navigation.

Note: Admin accounts refer to users which may login to the master account and make changes in the content, add new contacts, update property listings, etc. All information is stored within a single account. You may limit the permissions for each account. For example, one admin account may be able to upload new listings, but not make changes to your community content.

	$25.00/mo. + $200.00 Setup Fee

	Additional user accounts may be purchased in bundles of five. ($5.00 per month).

Note: Agent Accounts refer to users which have their own limited access account. Agent accounts are limited to managing their property listings, personal contacts & customers database, professional profile and contact information. Agent accounts may not make changes to the company website or it's content beyond home listings and personal profile. Agent accounts may be upgraded to a single-user, master account allowing them to manage their personal website along in addition to their agent account tools.

OSI Exchange customers may transfer the hosting of their website to IDX Media for an additional $10.00 per month. Individual setup fees may be reduced or waived entirely for websites which are hosted with IDX Media. Agents accounts may be upgraded to manage a personal website in addition to their agent account. Upgrades are subject to setup fees. Monthly fees are based on the number of accounts purchased under a single master account. Free upgrades may be subject to setup and hosting fees.
