IDX Media is not a Real Estate company. We provide web services to licensed professionals in the Real Estate industry. We maintain IDX and other MLS feeds, a real estate database to provide property search engine placement, e-mail notification and other web enabled features on behalf of our client base of Independent Realtors.
All property information provided through our system is obtained directly from an MLS system, which retains the copyright on all information related to those properties. IDX Media will not use any property data to pass on to a third party for commercial purposes.
IDX Media displays websites in our "Portfolio" that represent examples of services we provide for our clients. You will find information that is intended to inform the consumer about Real Estate. There are features that include property details, sales data, financial calculators, articles for buyers or sellers and third party links. When you visit any of the websites displayed in our "Portfolio" you will visit a website outside www.idxmedia.com and IDX Media will not be responsible for the content of the site you choose to visit.
